File a Claim
If you’ve had a loss, we want to make this as easy as possible:
- Contact your independent agent first — they know your policy and can start your claim right away. Look up your agency’s phone number here.
- Or call our office at (724) 482-6520 during business hours and our claims staff will take your information.
- Protect your property from further damage — keep receipts for any emergency repairs, and photograph the loss if you can safely do so.
